Terms of Service

FEAT is a music-based party game available on Android. The App allows players to test their knowledge of musical collaborations between artists. FEAT offers several game modes:

• —Normal — the flagship game mode, for testing musical knowledge
• —Penalty — a party variant with penalties for wrong answers
• —Theme — a mode focused on themed music categories

The App is available with advertising and may offer additional premium features. Permaban Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time.

FEAT is rated 18+ on the Google Play Store. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has used the App without authorization, please contact us at contact@permaban.net.

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws. You agree not to:

• —Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's backend systems or servers
• —Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its normal operation
• —Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• —Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the App without prior written consent

All content, design, code, graphics, logos, and game mechanics within the FEAT App are the exclusive property of Permaban Studio or its licensors.

• —The FEAT name, logo, and visual identity are protected intellectual property
• —Game mode names and associated branding are owned by Permaban Studio
• —Music metadata and artist information are provided by third-party services (including Spotify) and remain subject to their respective ownership

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or license rights to Permaban Studio's intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App may in the future offer an optional premium subscription or one-time purchase to unlock additional features. If such purchases are made available, the following conditions will apply:

• —All purchases will be processed through the Google Play Store and subject to Google's payment terms
• —Prices will be displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region
• —Purchases will be final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy
• —Permaban Studio reserves the right to modify the features included in any premium offering at any time

For refund requests, please use the Google Play Store's standard refund process.

FEAT displays ads served by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• —Ads are managed and delivered by Google, not by Permaban Studio
• —Google may process advertising-related technical data in accordance with its own privacy policy
• —You can remove ads by upgrading to the premium version

FEAT integrates third-party services including Spotify, Firebase, and Google AdMob. Your use of these services within the App is subject to their respective terms and policies:

• —Spotify — music playback is powered by Spotify App Remote. A Spotify account is required to use this feature. Spotify's Terms of Service apply.
• —Firebase — used for anonymous authentication and backend operations. Google's Terms of Service apply.
• —Google AdMob — used for ad delivery in the App. Google's advertising policies apply.

Permaban Studio is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of these third-party services.

The Penalty game mode is a party game variant in which the App randomly assigns a penalty value between a minimum and maximum threshold, whether the answer is correct or incorrect. The nature of the penalty is decided freely by the players themselves.

• —Permaban Studio does not impose, suggest, or endorse any specific type of penalty
• —Players are solely responsible for the penalties they choose to apply during gameplay
• —FEAT does not encourage or promote any behaviour that could be harmful to players

Permaban Studio disclaims all liability for any consequences arising from the choice of penalties made by players.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Permaban Studio does not warrant that:

• —The App will be available at all times or free from errors
• —The content, music data, or artist information displayed in the App is always accurate or up to date
• —The App will function correctly on all devices or operating system versions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Permaban Studio disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Permaban Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• —Loss of data or device damage
• —Interruption or unavailability of the App
• —Any consequences arising from in-game decisions or player-chosen penalties
• —Errors or omissions in music or artist data

Permaban Studio's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Permaban Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that Permaban Studio considers inappropriate or harmful.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France, unless mandatory provisions of your local law provide otherwise.

Permaban Studio may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in the App, applicable law, or business practices. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
